Wheelzy is a good company but some of their contractors are a hit or miss. The first one that came to pick up my car named Ray, claimed that his truck doesn’t fit in the driveway which was baloney, and then he jump started the car that’s been sitting for a few months, and proceeded talking me out of the deal. Said that he will tell Wheelzy that he couldn’t find the car. He then instructed me to tell Wheelzy that I sold the car to a neighbor. I was still emotionally attached to the car; I’ve had it for a decade after all. So I followed the advice.
Later on I came to my senses and contacted Wheelzy. Wheelzy then claimed that Ray told them that he couldn’t access the car in the underground garage. I am like, no, the garage is on the ground level. Wheelzy believed the liar for a while but then started believing me. Long story short, Wheelzy sent another contractor who picked up the car and paid on the spot.
Happy end after all, and big thanks to Wheelzy for handling this ordeal. I highly recommend Wheelzy to anyone who wants to sell their car. Just stand your ground and watch out for one contractor named Ray.
