Review Time
Second time dealing with this company to get rid of a vehicle that was no longer functioning. Two very different experiences overall, the first time a couple years ago was great, looked into them and they made an offer and sent someone out to collect the vehicle and sign off the title and that was that.
This time though, while they were quick to make an offer and quick to have someone sent out, there was much back and forth regarding the title being signed over and additional POA paperwork. Almost seemed every time the issue was apparently done and we could move on something else popped up that they needed clarified or signed.
Guess the TL;DR: Make sure they have everything they need from you before considering the issue closed, unless you love follow-ups.
They made a price after I truthfully filled out there offer and informed them of missing parts they then crushed me with continous calls and texts then came back with and offer of a 1/3 of initial offer. TOTAL SCAM
Very friendly, very helpful and the real deal! They matched my best offer from another company and even raised it a bit. The quote I received online was different from what I got over the phone, and it changed twice. However, I ultimately received my original online quote. They managed to pick up my car the following day. I was not pleased with the lack of a specific time frame for their arrival. I waited the entire day until around 3 PM before they informed me of a time. I called multiple times throughout the day for updates.
