Carmen Cadilo provided me excellent customer service, correcting an error that was on my part and refunding a subsequent monthly charge days after it appeared. I thought there'd be an issue or a battle, but it was seamless and pleasant. I'd absolutely use Where I park again, mostly based off of Carmen's ability to handle my issue quickly and pleasantly.
