Carmen Cadilo provided me excellent customer service, correcting an error that was on my part and refunding a subsequent monthly charge days after it appeared. I thought there'd be an issue or a battle, but it was seamless and pleasant. I'd absolutely use Where I park again, mostly based off of Carmen's ability to handle my issue quickly and pleasantly. Super great service!

Abigail, from WhereiPark, is incredible! She is professional and makes things happen when you need assistance.I decided to stop parking at a garage, and due to my schedule, I could not find a time to drop off the access devices. Abigail credited my account, despite my delay, and allowed me to return the items later than expected.
