From beginning to end, our experience working with Where It All Began was really great. Always responsive whilst also advising on the best things to meet our wishes and needs. They bring a huge amount of inside knowledge, a great network, e.g. of guides, experience and attention to detail in organising a trip that totally matched who we are, what we like to do and, importantly, our budget. Unlike a couple of other organisations we had reached out to, we never felt that we were being sold something that did not suit us, e.g. everyone tries to sell you Kruger NP when, frankly, it was not the best time of the year to go. After all the planning, our actual trip was amazing, incredible and stress-free. Beyond expectations. Every detail was thought through, booked, and communicated. Every day, we were guided through what we were doing for the day via WhatsApp. When things changed, they were always available, and nothing was ever a problem to fix. We felt totally safe knowing that if anything had gone wrong, which it didn't, they would've been there for us sorting it out. We would not hesitate to work with these guys and and for anyone reading this, we would encourage you to not hesitate either!
