This is the worst service. It's a major scam, and I can't believe a large company is selling their products on this official platform. I ordered a pair of boots three weeks ago, but they didn't fit, so I returned them to the specified address and requested a larger size. After three weeks, I still have no response. I have sent three emails regarding my issue, and no one has replied. Do not purchase from them.
