Arrived just two days after ordering. I ordered a size 5 shoe and found them to be true to size. They were well-packaged and of nice quality. While there are many negative comments here, most seem to concern returns, which I haven't experienced as I haven't needed to return these. Overall, I had a positive experience with this company.
