They don’t have customer care . I don’t have hot water for 1 month with 2 kids my youngest is 6 years old with Chronic Asthma at this stage my kids don’t even bath in this weather I am forced to wash plates with cold water . When ever they give me an all day appointment I cancell shifts at work , for themto call me same day to say they are rescheduling the appointment I am on the verge of losing my job because this has happened more than 3 times now I take I ask for a day off only for them to tell me that the part is not yet delivered to them . This whole situation has been so frustrating and stressful to me as a customer because I have to go all the way to someone else’s house to give my kids a hot bath . Mine-while I still have to pay rent on time while they don’t even care about how this is affecting my life .
