I'm truly let down by the service! I placed an order during the Black Friday sales to support a local business, ordering at the start of November. After waiting three weeks for dispatch, I received a reply from the owner stating it could take up to 15 business days, which was acceptable. However, upon receiving the perfumes, I found they didn’t resemble the originals at all! While I liked the scent of two of them, I emailed to inquire about a guarantee, similar to another brand I had ordered from before, but the service has ignored me twice! I won't be ordering from them again.
