Complete disregard for their loyal customer. From the beginning I was transparent about my returns only to be met with Bull**** after I sent over 400 worth if perfume. Guess what, ive spent thousands and now im going to go elsewhere. They just stopped responding. Liars. They weren't transparent with me about returns. I ended up with only half my money back. Unfortunately ive spent thousands on their perfumes only to be treated like crap. Dont trust them!.

I thought it was supposed to smell like another high end perfume that I love.
It was nothing like it. I actually don't like the smell much at all. But I thought I would give it a try.
I love how spot on they are with the perfume sense, however the perfume smell doesn’t last on you all day like the high end perfumes. It’s great for lower budgets, if you don’t mind spraying yourself throughout the day or buying one to see if you like the sent before you commit to the high end purchase.
I'm truly in love with all the fragrances from this store. I won't be buying overpriced brands anymore. Many of my favorites have been swapped out, and some actually smell even better or last longer. I often receive compliments on my scent and I'm always eager to share the name. Thank you for this amazing experience. I'm a bit hooked!
During our visit, we were reminded of how much we enjoy and endorse the alternative version of Fatal Desire over the original. We discovered that the alternative version has a richer body and fragrance, transitioning into a more cohesive aroma. I must say, the other scents have a wonderfully strong presence; just two sprays provide amazing longevity.

I ordered at the beginning of November and waited three weeks for dispatch, as the owner mentioned it could take up to 15 business days. Once I received the perfumes, I found that they did not smell anything like the originals! While I do like the scent of two of them and will keep them, my emails inquiring about a guarantee, similar to what another brand offers, have been ignored on two occasions. I will not be ordering from them again!

This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered in a long time. I'm not sure if the representatives are trained to handle situations well, but the approach I received was condescending. I ended up getting a refund, but it felt like they just didn’t care. The excuse of being a small business does not justify the long processing times. Continuously explaining this isn't the best way to provide good customer service. I won't be purchasing from this business again!
I ordered 16 days ago on November 14, 2025. There’s been no indication that my order has been sent. The only replies to my emails are automated messages thanking me for my patience. I'm not impressed and my patience is wearing thin.
I was a bit anxious about the delivery time, thinking I might have been scammed, but it arrived today. I've worn the original scent as my signature fragrance since 1983, and it’s hard to find now. I decided to try this alternative, and I must say, it’s identical! My colleagues always comment on my scent, and the replica is just perfect. Now that I've received my first bottle, I plan to order more—definitely worth the wait.
