This has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered in a long time. I'm not sure if the representatives are trained to handle situations well, but the approach I received was condescending. I ended up getting a refund, but it felt like they just didn’t care. The excuse of being a small business does not justify the long processing times. Continuously explaining this isn't the best way to provide good customer service. I won't be purchasing from this business again!
