I am truly frustrated with my experience! I placed an order during the Black Friday sales, hoping to support a local business. I ordered at the beginning of November and waited three weeks for dispatch, as the owner mentioned it could take up to 15 business days. Once I received the perfumes, I found that they did not smell anything like the originals! While I do like the scent of two of them and will keep them, my emails inquiring about a guarantee, similar to what another brand offers, have been ignored on two occasions. I will not be ordering from them again!
