I ordered a coil top stove and, after installation, discovered a defect in the glass panel inside the oven door. It had slid down about 3 inches, and the insulation was coming out. A technician confirmed it was a manufacturing issue and would order the necessary parts for repair. However, it's been 4 weeks, and the parts are still on back order. When I contacted the company directly, they only offered $100 compensation. This is not only a health hazard with the insulation but also leaves me without an oven, with no guarantee of when it will be fixed. The customer service representative was rude and disrespectful. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating.
