I am not surprised to see similar complaints. Service representatives were unhelpful, and one even hung up on me. There were multiple no-shows from technicians and numerous appointment changes with no explanation. After a tech replaced a part, he warned that issues might persist. I purchased an extended warranty, which now feels like a waste of money.
