This has been the worse experience so far with a billion$ appliance company.Seriously...I keep getting thrown random questions and nothing done to help me have my less-than-a-year washer get checked by a tech. A huge grinding noise & burnt plastic or metal? It's taken so lightly (And we aren't newbies). Us ...the little people...we spend a lot of money on these "Trustworthy" companies, only to be let down.I'm truly disappointed with Whirlpool Canada.
