I purchased 3 Whirlpool appliances just under 3 years ago; along with an extended warranty. First the dishwasher went and I had to get it fixed, and the refrigerator ice machine keeps acting up. The worst is the range. There is a crack that is about 1 inch thick in the enamel of the oven that goes from one side to another (keep getting shocks). Applied to the warranty but apparently that is not covered. Was cooking and went to turn the knob, the knob broke off - can not find a replacement. Now the oven does not come off of the preheating setting plus it takes over 3 hours to get to 340. Even though it says 340, when you check the temp, it is around the 280 degrees. What can this company do, send out a technician, fix it or replace the range.
