Whirlpool has refused to authorize the repair and has instead relied solely on a video clip rather than a professional physical inspection.Whirlpool has awful Customer Service. I have spent hours on the phone waiting for a Whirlpool Customer Service Representative. When they answer, they pretend they cannot hear you and then hang up. You have to call them back and sit on the phone for another hour.The BBB currently has Whirlpool rated A+ because they are closing the complaints without acknowledging the customer's dissatisfaction and unresolved issue. The BBB Whirlpool reviews demonstrate the poor quality of the products and the awful Customer Service.
