Don't buy Whirpool unless you enjoy being let down

Shame cant give no stars..My wife purchased 3 appliances from Home Depot, a Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Purchased on 5.25.2025 and installed on 5.31.2025. On July 9th, the microwave stopped heating. I did all the recommended troubleshooting checks then called Whirlpool customer service. After being on hold for 53 minutes, a rep from Tennessee took down all my information and confirmed against our appliance registration submission. Told her the unit did not heat, everything else worked, the lights, fan, etc. Told to hold on, she was transferring me to service. After remaining on hold another 32 minutes, another lady answered, asked for all the same info I had previously given, and said the 1st available appointment was 7.18After waiting a week and given a 8am-4pm window, the service place called and said tech would be out between 12-3. If I knew that a day prior, could have worked 1/2 a day. Tech arrived at 2:53. Nice man carrying a tool belt. He basically did what I did to troubleshoot, put a glass of water in the unit, hit cook, and stopped after 4 seconds. He said he could tell by the sound what was wrong. Not 1 tool was used. He would need to order a few parts, be about a week. My wife called the service company a week later for an update and was told by a lady there " not sure why u are calling, it's only been a week since your service call. So I called and said she was correct, but it's been 2 weeks this microwave has been broke. The service company made no effort to keep us updated. Every time I call, get the same BS, waiting on parts, or 2 parts are in 1 one on backorder. Even called Whirlpool twice and was told on Aug 18, we expedited an order request for the backorder part, but I must wait 14 days to see if it comes in. So 9.9.2025 will be 2 months with a broken wall decoration. I have worked in the service industry for years, both with a battery manufacture and a Telcom company, and we would never treat our customers this way. STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL, THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR APPLIANCES
