Do not do business with Whirlpool. We had a warranty and our refrigerator was unable to be repaired so Whirlpool was required to replace it.We’ve had 3 failed attempts at delivery, 2 damaged refrigerators and 60 days later we still do not have a refrigerator. When you call for service you are on hold for 30 minutes, you get told what the policies and procedures are, but what you don’t get is someone who helps you, as the customer. I will never purchase a Whirlpool product again, and urge you not to do business with these people…the will not help you, they do not care, and they do not take care of their customers.
