I agree with all of the one star reviews. Whirlpool is a HORRIFIC company to deal with. They sent me a faulty wall oven I paid $3k for. It blew out in less than a week of use. I had to spend hours on the phone on hold!!!! Beware - the exchange program takes 3 to 4 weeks! You read that right - up to a month to receive a replacement. The customer service has attitude like they are paying you. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy.
