I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher about 6 months ago. It started malfunctioning a couple of weeks ago. I tried calling customer service all I got was hold music. I then chatted either a representative and a repair technician was scheduled to come out on 6/13. He was a no show, absolutely no contact whatsoever. I just chatted with customer service again and cannot get someone out until 6/26. This is unacceptable. I bought Whirlpool because I believed them to be a reputable company but am now sorry for my purchase.
