Today I wrote to Whirlpool’s CEO MARC BITZER:I have spent the entire day using every (fraudulent) option offered by you to speak with a human being about my KitchenAid refrigerator! I've sat on hold during 6-calls each of which lasted for at least 20-minutes; scheduled a callback at 2:30pm which occurred but instantly got disconnected; tried every "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and “CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" option Whirlpool falsely advertises!Have you no interest in retaining your customers? Do you have a clue how much business you're losing at the company YOU run?As a CEO I do EVERYTHING possible to RETAIN customers knowing that you have to spend ten times the revenue to attract a NEW customer vs. retaining your CURRENT consumers.
