I want to thank Whirlpool Corporation for selling me a washer that just barely fills with water and gets off balance on every wash and clothes come out in one big ball. I cannot put my bedding (2 sheets and pillow cases) in the washer without this happening, much less put a small door mat or my small dog bed in it. I now need to take those to the laundromat to wash. Oh how I wish I had my Kenmore back. I could do an entire week’s worth of laundry with zero problems. It filled with water. WoW. I know Big Brother knows best. Now rather than doing one large load I have to do 2 or 3 loads taking over 1 hour per load when my Kenmore could do an entire week’s worth of laundry in 20 to 30 minutes and one load of colors and one load of whites. I am constantly running up and down to the basement to reset the washer because it is off balance and it starts all over with the cycle. It takes me well over an hour and sometimes 2 or more trips down the basement just to do a small load. Now that saves energy?????. LOL Also the clothes come out wetter than they did in my good old Kenmore, thus not getting dry in the 70 minutes on the good old Whirlpool dryer which I bought at the same time. How I wish I had kept my Kenmore, I donated it so I would have a matching pair. I called customer service yesterday and talked to a rep who informed me that that is what I am stuck with and she would sell me a new one that did fill. My Whirlpools are 2 years old and I have been fighting this problem ever since the first load. Service has been out several times and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I’m stuck with it. Both are pieces of crap, unusable and certainly not energy efficient beings all the extra loads I have to do and it is only me. Anything the least bit heavy needs to go to the laundromat at about $15 a pop. I will never buy another Whirlpool product at any price. I am a dissatisfied consumer. Where is your slogan Customer Satisfaction. Do others agree? Let’s drown social media with complaints on totally unfunctionable products. My model No. is WTW4955HW2. They need to be recalled and this problem needs to be solved. Let’s stick together. These were purchased at Home Depot on 7/17/22. I am going to post on my Facebook page too. Just got through doing a small load. It took 3 hours to complete. Kept getting off balance many times and finally quit spinning. Took out the clothes and I could wring water out of them. Just threw them in t he dryer. Can't deal with this piece of crap any longer.
