What went wrong is I believed your representatives that they were going to be taking care of me after purchasing a refrigerator. That was totally a lemon. I finally agreed on a $300 compensation which has taken me 4 months to not get. I'm more than outraged and been passed around for 4 hours today on the phone trying to get resolution. This company was the one I went to because they were a reputable Nationwide company. Well obviously you couldn't care less about your customers. My family has bought Whirlpool for over 60 years and you always come through till now. This is outrageous I would never buy another Whirlpool product again
