Poor Customer ServiceI took delivery of this dryer 3/25/24. The dryer came with no paperwork, manual, warranty, etc. It also was missing the adjustable feet used to level the unit. I saw the delivery crew unbox the dyer... nothing in the box besides the actual dryer, and nothing in the dryer. Called Best Buy, they gave me Whirlpool's number. Tried calling them, but the menu had no option for my issue. I spent about 3 hours trying to get a human on the phone to no avail, and finally gave up. It is now 4/1/24. I still have no leveling feet. The product may be fine, but Whirlpool (and Best Buy) score zero for customer service. If I could rate them them less than zero I would. I wish I had purchased a different brand from a different retailer.
