I am a new Beazer homeowner. All of my kitchen appliances are from whirlpool. I have been in my home a little over a year and the refrigerator has begin to have issues. It will not get cold as it should. I called whirlpool several times pleading for them to waive the diagnostic fee since I am a new customer with them however I was charged $130.00 only for the rep to take a knife scrape the ice on the freezer and "diagnosis" the problem. Of course the issue doesn't fall under my warranty and now the final bill is $400. This is supposed to be a new refrigerator! This is completely unacceptable! They have already been fully paid for their appliances thus it makes me feel like they don't care how this is an inconvenience to me and my family. I am very disappointed!
