I purchased a Whirpool refrigerator on 03/28/23 at Lowes in Pasadena Texas. The compressor went out after 12 days of use. I called the Whirpool customer service to make a claim on 04/10/2023. They gave a date to get it serviced on 04/24/2023. This put my mom without a refrigerator. I called back in to get a service date expedited and they came out on the 04/17/2023. The technician said the compressor had failed and would get back to me when it would get repaired. it is now 04/21/2023. No one has called me back. I called the ASI service center they said it would take 71 hours or 3 days for there system to process the replacement of the compressor. I will call back in this morning to get an up date. It has now been 2 weeks and I do not have a Refrigerator. I called Lowes they said they would not take the unit back after 48 hours had passed. At this point I just want this night mirror to end. i just called the ASI (281-452-2121) repair center they said the part has shipped and they should be getting it in next week. After that they will give me a new dispatch date.
