I reported my washer’s problem on November 23rd. A technician came to my house after a week on November 29, but he was not able to fix the issue. He ordered an item and promised me will be fixed within a Month: I called back on December 29 but no one was be able to trace the status of the order. I called back after a week but still they didn’t order the part. I am living with out a washer almost for two months. I am so frustrated by the customer service I am getting. This is the worst whirlpool customer service I have ever seen. I do not recommend anyone to buy their any products.
