Bought a new refrigerator, after 90 days, the compressor failed. A known problem with this model.Been waiting over 4 weeks for a part. No idea when the problem will be resolved. Customers Service (Adrian) was polite, professional and apologetic, but absolutely no help at all.Why are they still selling this model(s) with a known problem? Why don't they pull parts out of unsold machines and relieve the backlog? Why don't they replace the defective appliances? "Honoring the warranty" does not mean customers wait over 5 weeks for a resolution.
