I am very disappointed with Whirlpool. I got a new refrigerator two months ago. the refrigerator stops cooling every 2 to 3 weeks. I have called Whirlpool and end up waiting 3 to 4 hours for someone to help me schedule for repair service. When I schedule the repair service online the appointments are usually 2 to 4 days out, which means I have to throw away groceries, and I also have to ask for time off from work because the appointments are usually during the week and the window for the appointment is from 8am to 5 pm. Different technicians have come, and they get it working, but 2 to 3 weeks later it stops cooling again. I am tired of dealing with this LEMON. Does anyone know the process to take this refrigerator back and get my money back ? when I go to the appliance store they keep telling me to call Whirlpool. I am so frustrated.
