fire all those m***fckrs in customer service. Worst ever!!!!! seriously wasted 3 hours of my life just to tell me I needed a paper receipt or they could not help me at all when the previous 5!!!!!!!! people i talked to told me i only needed proof of purchase which i sent in an electronic receipt with the proof of purchase. Apparantley it wasnt enough and I needed the paper receipt which they could have just told me from the very beginning!!!!!!!! I’m never the type to make reviews ever but fire them the fk alll!!!!!
