I bought a washer and dryer in October 2020. We have had the repair people out about 5 or 6 times replacing parts on the dryer. They could not fix the problem so they sent us a new dryer last week which was nice but, the new is not working right also. I called to set up a new service call and asked to speak to a manger but they would not let me do so. We had all BRAND-NEW appliances in the house and the stove is not working right either. They have replace the part and it still does not work. Now they are coming back to replace it again. I have never owed a Whirlpool product before and I will never own one again. If I could I would replace all appliances in my house with another brand. They have poor quality control on their products.And they can not blame this on covid either, this is just poor business. I told my daughter who is buying a house do not buy Whirlpool products.
