I faced a total lack of response from the support team regarding my delivery issues. I ordered a large appliance directly from the company, but the delivery team sent two individuals who claimed it was too heavy and refused to deliver. The delivery was then rescheduled with four people, but again, only two arrived and wanted to take the appliance back. Ultimately, my neighbor and I had to help get the appliance inside our home. They initially declined to remove the old appliance, but we managed to load it ourselves. I paid extra for this service and have sent three letters to the management, but have yet to receive any reply.
