I experienced a complete lack of response from the support team regarding my delivery issues. I ordered a large appliance directly from the company, but the delivery team sent two people who claimed it was too heavy and refused to deliver. The delivery was then rescheduled with four people, but again, only two arrived and wanted to take the appliance back. Ultimately, my neighbor and I had to help get the appliance into our home. They initially declined to remove the old appliance, but we managed to load it ourselves. I paid extra for this service and have sent three letters to the management, but have yet to receive any response.

I would prefer to give no stars, but that’s not an option. This is my first product from this brand, as I usually stick to well-known names. I purchased a built-in freezer manufactured in late 2022, and the bottom half stopped freezing within three years. I will be warning everyone I meet not to buy from this brand, as I have years of industry experience. They wanted to charge me $140 for a service call, plus parts. I simply will not buy from this brand again.
I would rather give zero stars! All I need is a replacement detergent drawer, and I’ve been trying for eight weeks. I received a call confirming my request, stating an engineer wasn’t necessary, yet I’ve received nothing. I’ve attempted to call back, but the lines are often down or no one answers. I’ve had two deliveries of three different drawers, and none of them are complete. How difficult can this be? Now, I have to wait for an engineer to confirm my detergent drawer is broken and hopefully replace it. What a waste of time and resources.
My dishwasher failed only 14 months after installation, just outside the standard warranty. The company refused any courtesy repair or assistance and quoted a high amount for repair, which is more than half the price of a new unit. A major appliance should last for years, not just a little over one. I'm extremely disappointed in the product quality and customer service. I expected the brand to stand behind its products, but instead, I was left with the choice of an expensive repair or replacement. If you are considering this model, be cautious—it may not last as long as expected, and post-warranty support is minimal.
The engineer arrived as promised and on time! He was friendly, efficient, and had our oven working again in minutes since he had the part with him. I was able to use my oven for dinner that night! Great job to the engineer and the company! Very satisfied.
Our cooker developed a problem, and we contacted our insurance company. They informed us that we would hear from the service team shortly. To our surprise, we received a call that same afternoon. The engineer was scheduled to arrive within the week, and he did come as promised. From start to finish, he was friendly and courteous, explaining everything he was doing. He even discovered an additional fault we were unaware of. He completed the work in the estimated time and left the area tidy. We are very happy with the service, especially if this engineer represents the company well.
