I’ve requested repair of a noisy fridge that makes constant cycling grinding noise when running. The engineer from Whirlpool came as scheduled and upon the inspection he told me it’s the vibration. He pushed the fridge off the wall and moved a drip tray about and said that that’s done. I’ve tried to explain that this doesn’t sound right and his “fix” has made no difference but he told me that it sounds normal to him and there’s nothing that can be done about it. He packed his stuff and left. What a joke service. Thank you Hotpoint
