I will never oder from these people again. Bad experience. I ordered over £6000 of appliances for export. With a note saying call 1 hr before delivery. Driver turned up and wasn't prepared to wait at lea 15 mins 4hnen he had about 16 items to be delivered. I spoke to the warehouse supervisor so unhelpful. The guy was only 5 mins away they refused to make them come back with the delivery. I tried to get a new delivery date that's was not successful. I ask for my order to be cancelled I was told within the next 24hrs . So I would have to call back tomorrow.
