The technician I talked to seemed very knowledgable. I didn't feel rushed when I had to step away from the computer to check something on my dog she asked me about. I got a useful list of recommendations after my chat. My only concern was that I had to call back to get the recommendations that were have been sent to my email. They didn't show up the first time, but they were after they were resent.
