The vet tech who answered my call was very helpful, and very understanding of my concern. She explained why I should at least go ahead with an orthopedic exam of my female Golden Retriever, even if I decide not to proceed with the recommended treatment plan.
I was able to chat with the Doctor about my pet and his symptoms. The Vet asked me questions and gave me advice. I loved this because I had my gut feeling and the Dr agreed to see ER vet. Will definitely use this again if needed. Thank you
