Absolute scammers. Through my Three Plus phone provider app,, I signed up for a free sample that only required postage payment. I carefully declined their subscription option. I have now been charged £35 and apparently send a bottle of whiskey. After several calls, I got through to someone at Whiskey52 who says they have cancelled the subscription. When I complained about why the had falsely subscribed me, I was told I must have opted in. I advised I would want to return the whiskey and be issued a refund. Her response was that I would need to pay to return the item and there was no guarantee that I would be refunded. I am now going to contact my bank to raise I complaint. Don’t be dubbed by this scam! On the reply…..so a scam then!
