I called to cancel both subscriptions and I must say, the representative was fantastic! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. While I managed to cancel the beer subscription, I ended up extending my stay and purchasing another whiskey instead! Thank you!
Outstanding product and deal. Cancelling the subscription can be frustrating after navigating so much online, only to find out that a phone call is necessary. However, the representative on the line was fantastic and made the cancellation process straightforward and enjoyable. A true highlight, and if my budget allows, I’ll definitely return.
Signing up was easy, but cancelling was more complicated. I attempted to cancel last month, but it wasn't clear on the website that I needed to call the company. The website design seems intentionally misleading, as even after navigating cancellation menus, I still had to make a call! I only realized I hadn't cancelled when another payment was deducted from my bank account.
