Cannot understand how this company has good reviews, got a “free bottle” from some promo deal and now locked into a subscription I can only cancel by calling them between 9-5 Monday to Friday. Never even got last months order but still paid £35 for it unwillingly. If a company has to use shady tactics to lock customers into a subscription then even if I wanted the product I would think twice about giving them my money.
