It’s funny how you make those alternative options for cancelling available when someone makes a public complaint but you make no mention of being able to do that anywhere on your website. In fact you actually prevent customers being able to send a message with the online form if they choose the the “cancelling my subscription” option for the subject. A pop up saying you need to phone blocks the message box and can’t be removed! So you are making it as hard as possible. It is completely unethicalThey deliberately and aggressively make cancelling subscriptions unnecessarily hard. This violates trading standards and is totally unethical. The glowing reviews that get put on every time someone complains read like the dialogue of an extra in a soap opera.
