I signed up, through an advertisement they gave as we bought our house. I got my first bottle, went to cancel as advertised. First you get a bunch of annoying begging to stay with them, then you can't even cancel online. You have to ring them, and it has to be weekday 9-5. No reason for that whatsoever. Just let me cancel. They just want to get money from rich/unorganised people. Not on.
