My parcel never arrived after 2 weeks, no updates from the delivery company, whiskey52, hadn't sent the item, they dispatched the item after 2 weeks, item still hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, it takes them minimum 3 days to respond to emails that's if you get any response at all. Now they have responded with the following..(Unfortunately, as the parcel was delivered successfully to your property, and we weren't contacted at least 24 hours prior to your delivery dispatch date to be made aware that you wouldn't be at your home address at the time of delivery, we'll be unable to replace this parcel) So they expected me to book a day off work? The stupid thing is that you don't even get any updates to when it's going to be delivered till the day itself, and that's if you get any updates. Going through my bank now to get refunded.To the response, no I haven't been refunded for the missing item, I got refunded because I cancelled and the money was still taken, that's the only money I've had back, not for the missing item.
