Saga sent me a tasting a whiskey for 8.95. However it turns out I have a subscription! Didn’t want to subscribe, you have to call to cancel, wish cancelling was as easy as subscribing ! Could not understand the Asian accent when I tried to call ? Told off for not listening that I had points if stayed with them ?! Avoid Avoid. Edit after reply I did not receive an email stating I had signed up for a subscription otherwise I would have cancelled it.Why not just make it able to cancel on line?I’m not critical of your product, just the process.
