I've never written a negative review before, but my experience with this service was very disappointing. I ordered dried pampas, and the quality was extremely poor, shedding excessively. The company refused any resolution, not even offering store credit, which I only requested for an exchange. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. The product quality was subpar, and the customer service was even worse.
