We ordered a vase which was significantly bigger than what was listed on the website page. After that, the entire process for sending the return, and chasing them to get a replacement, and finally getting it shipped was stressful. Their team is not supportive at all, and we had to keep chasing them just to get a response. Super disappointing service!
