I had the Whistle product when it was Tagg. I didn't like that I had to buy new equipment for everything to be compatible. But for the most part, the product is fine. I have some issues with the map showing random areas where my dog 'is' when my dog is not there. Customer service has been fine. They couldn't figure out the map issue but did look into it. Seemed to correct itself for the most part. If I had any recommendations for improvement, I'd make the device smaller, waterproof, and easier to put on standby when going on walks. It does give me some peace of mind knowing that my boy won't be lost again.
