My daughter gave me a Whistle tracker for my new pup last Dec. and it works well. I had to get some customer support and they worked with me to correct the issues. All in all a great devise and easy to set up and use. On the but / downside the battery should hold a charge at least 5-6 days and has done so but now my unit only holds for about 3 days between charges. I realize my pup goes out side the Whistle zone a good bit but that has been the same since I started with the unit. If I needed to replace it I would still use this product.
