I recently received my order, and the item was damaged, poorly made, and not at all like what was shown on their website. I reached out via email and social media with photos and complete details, but received no reply. When I attempted to comment on their posts, my comments were deleted, and my account was hidden, preventing me from commenting again. This has been a very disappointing experience, and there is absolutely no customer support. I’m sharing this to inform others before they order.
